Pertaining to a Professional Services Agreement with Ferguson Enterprises Inc. to provide cloud-based meter reading solutions to support the Board’s metering system upgrade to an Advanced Metering Infrastructure system.

WHEREAS, the Board of Water Commissioners of the City of Saint Paul desires to obtain professional services to provide cloud-based meter reading solutions to support the Board’s metering system upgrade to an Advanced Metering Infrastructure system (“AMI”); and
WHEREAS, the Board desires to enter into an agreement with Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. to provide said services at a cost not to exceed $508,500 over a five-year term; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Board of Water Commissioners of the City of Saint Paul hereby approves Contract No. 3942, a professional services agreement between the Board and Ferguson Enterprises, Inc., drafted by the City of Saint Paul Contracts and Analysis Services, to provide cloud-based meter reading solutions to support the Board’s metering system upgrade to an AMI system; and, be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the proper officers of the Board are hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreement following approval by the assistant city attorney.
