WHEREAS, Mike & Tony Inc. (License ID# 20230000073), d/b/a Speedy Food located at 968 Dale Street North Suite 1 applied for a Class R license for a Tobacco Shop license; and
WHEREAS, the application was for a change in ownership and the new license holders name is Maki Shakir; and
WHEREAS, the Council finds that the application is in order, the requested conditions are reasonable and there are no grounds to deny approval of the licenses; now, therefore, be it,
RESOLVED, a Tobacco Shop license with conditions is hereby approved and issued to Mike & Tony Inc. d/b/a Speedy Food (License ID #20230000073) for the premises located at 968 Dale Street North Suite 1 in Saint Paul.
