Approving a 5-year lease between the City and Keystone Community Services for the City's use of space in the West Seventh Community Center.
Body
WHEREAS, the Saint Paul Public Libraries, City of Saint Paul (“Renter”), and Keystone Community Services ("Administrator"), have reached a mutual agreement for the rental of space, approximately 1,371 square feet, in the West Seventh Community Center (“Center”), located at 265 Oneida Street, Saint Paul, Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, a lease agreement between Renter and Administrator for the Center has existed since 1985, and Renter, per this agreement, will remain in the current space; and
WHEREAS, Renter and Administrator now wish to enter into a lease agreement for a period of five years, commencing January 1, 2023 and terminating December 31, 2027; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the proper City officials are authorized and directed to enter into said agreement, attached as Exhibit A.
