WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH SAO 23-2 on January 18, 2023 which granted an extension to March 3, 2023 to abate the nuisance conditions at 1384 Reaney Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on March 7, 2023 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions forthcoming were not abated, but recommends the City Council continue the public hearing to March 15, 2023; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is forthcoming not abated, pending March 7 Legislative Hearing and continues the public hearing to March 15, 2023 to make a final determination on authorizing the Department of Safety and Inspections to abate the nuisance.
