Comments: Po closed on property 9/15/22. Orders (correctly) went to owner at the time. EC sent 8/3/22 appears to likely have been paid (not certified/levied to taxes nor pending). ECed again 8/15/22 (under appeal). Both the original SAO photo and 8/3 photo show sidewalk vegetation, but 8/15 photo shows back of house??? Inspector notes say 8/15 vegetation not cut (but no photo of it, just house). 8/29 reinspection says "found small amounts of OHV, closing file".
History of Orders on Property: all prior to current owner - one TG&W 9/14/21, one snow walk 1/7/21, one snow walk 2/7/20 all done by (prev) owner.

WHEREAS, the Office of Financial Services Real Estate Section has attached to this Council File both a report of completion outlining the costs and fees associated with Excessive Use of Inspection or Abatement services billed during July 25 to August 19, 2022. (File No. J2304E, Assessment No. 238303) and the assessment roll including all properties for which these assessments are proposed for Council ratification; and

WHEREAS, the City Council’s Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed an appeal of this assessment and developed a recommendation for the City Council with respect to this assessment; and
