Comments: Mai - couldn't pull CE orders from 9/7 in STAMP- gave error. Will also want to discuss VB status, but fee is paid. Told him it is unlikely to change from Cat 2 to Cat 1 since its been paid but also was hoarded. Notes from Kedrowski: PO missing. Not seen for a week. Hoarding house. PD searched limited interior of house and garage due to excessive storage. Could not access all areas. Front and side doors are screwed shut. Two broken windows at the rear of the house open to the elements.

History of Orders on Property: none, just timely paid her dog licenses.
