WHEREAS the Office of Human Resources conducted a job study for the classification of Risk Manager; and
WHEREAS the results of the job study instruct that the rate of pay for Risk Manager be changed from the rate set forth in Grade 029 to the rate set forth in Grade 027, of Employee Group 17, Non-Rep Managers, now therefore, be it
RESOLVED pursuant to City Charter Sections 6.03.3(5) and 12.01, that the rate of pay for the Risk Manager be changed from the rate set forth in Grade 029 to Grade 027, of Employee Group 17, Non-Rep Managers. This classification and rate of pay to become effective on the first full pay period following passage and approval of this resolution.
