Making finding on the appealed nuisance abatement ordered for 1072 THIRD STREET EAST in Council File RLH SAO 22-50.

WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH SAO 22-50 on December 7, 2022 which granted an extension to January 1, 2023 to abate the nuisance condition (vehicle) at 1072 Third Street East; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on January 3, 2023 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions were not abated; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is not abated and therefore authorizes the Department of Safety and Inspections to proceed with this nuisance abatement.
