Appeal of Dennis J. Gmur to a Vacant Building Registration Notice at 1318 ELEANOR AVENUE.

 

Date/Time of 1st LH:  Tuesday, November 22, 2022, teleconference between 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m.

Purpose of Appeal:  The house is not abandoned. It is currently in probate proceedings. As soon as I have the certified letters naming me (Dennis) as the estate's representative, I will sell the house.  I have been named the representative and I am awaiting the certified letters.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Dennis J. Gmur to a Vacant Building Registration Notice at 1318 ELEANOR AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant the appeal and release the property from the Vacant Building Program and grant to April 30, 2023 for compliance with the July 2021 Code Enforcement orders; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
