Purpose of Appeal: We installed this three years ago and it has been loved by the community. There are dozens of properties in our neighborhood with Little Free Libraries on the boulevard; are all being ordered to remove? It does not block the public walkway. The City of St. Paul gave us an award when we landscaped our yard. This seems like a waste of city resources and cruel for the community.

WHEREAS, in the matter of appeal of Greg Trentman and Rachel Goligoski to a Summary Abatement Order at 1317 Selby Avenue, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant to July 1, 2023 for compliance; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
