WHEREAS, Automate Car Repair LLC (License ID #20220001440) applied for an Auto Repair Garage license for the premises located at 991 Front Avenue in Saint Paul; and
WHEREAS, in response to the September 27, 2022 notification, the Department of Safety and Inspections received no objections for approval of the above-mentioned license; and
WHEREAS, the Council finds that the application is in order and there are no grounds for denial of the Auto Repair Garage license; now, therefore, be it,
RESOLVED, an Auto Repair Garage license is hereby approved for Automate Car Repair LLC (License ID #20220001440) for the premises located at 991 Front Avenue in Saint Paul with the following conditions:
1. 991 Front Avenue - All vehicles must be parked in accordance with the approved site plan on file with the Department of Safety and Inspections (DSI) dated 03/04/2013.
2. On May 17, 2013, the Planning Commission granted legal nonconforming status to allow the use at 977 Chatsworth Street North as a parking lot to serve the abutting business at 991 Front Avenue.
3. 977 Chatsworth Street North - All vehicles must be parked in accordance with the approved site plan on file with the Department of Safety and Inspections (DSI) dated 05/31/2013.
4. There shall be no exterior storage of vehicle parts, tires, oil or any other similar materials associated with the business. Trash will be stored in a covered dumpster. Storage of vehicle fluids, batteries, etc. shall be in accordance with the Ramsey County Hazardous Waste regulations.
5. At no time shall business vehicles or customer vehicles awaiting repair or that have been repaired and are awaiting pick-up be parked in the driveway or in the public right of way (e.g., street, alley, sidewalk, boulevard, etc.).
