Amending Council File RLH CO 22-5, adopted June 22, 2022, to grant Frances Carr, an additional extension to a Correction Notice at 1384 MARGARET STREET.

WHEREAS, on June 22, 2022, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File #RLH CO 22-5, said Resolution being the memorialization of an appeal to a Correction Notice for property at 1384 Margaret Street; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommended that the City Council grant to November 1, 2022 for compliance on condition that there is no interior storage and both service door and garage door are secured from entry with lock; and
WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council considered the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter; and
WHEREAS, the Appellant is requesting additional extension for the compliance of the property to allow appellant to work with Department of Planning and Economic Development to remove the garage; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends the City Council grant an additional extension; Now Therefore, Be It,
RESOLVED, that extension is hereby granted to December 1, 2022 and if there is no compliance, inspector can move forward with a Summary Abatement Order with a January 1, 2023 deadline.
