Appeal of Keith Denison to a Fire Certificate of Occupancy Correction Notice at 1059 MINNEHAHA AVENUE EAST.

Purpose of Appeal: Appealing #2 on the deficiency list. #5 is also related to #2. I 'm appealing because there is an additional exit door in the room providing another means of leaving the apartment other than the window. This is w addition to a doorway in the room, on a different wall, going to the second apartment room with another apartment exit door.

WHEREAS, in the matter of Keith Denison to a Fire Certificate of Occupancy Correction Notice at 1059 Minnehaha Avenue East, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant the appeal noting the orders were withdrawn by DSI; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
