WHEREAS on March 23, 2022, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 22-11, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Collection of Delinquent Garbage Bills for services during July to September 2021. (File No. CG2104A3, Assessment No. 210117); and
WHEREAS, the property at 732 Jenks Avenue, being described as: Arlington Hills Addition To St. Paul 40/45 Thru 49 Lots 1 and Lot 2 Blk 18, with the property identification number 29-29-22-14-0133 was assessed an amount of $179.40; and
WHEREAS, the Public Works staff recommended deleting the assessment because the property owner passed away in September 2021 and due to other circumstances following owner’s death; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer concurs with the recommendation; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $179.40, plus any accrued interests, be deleted. Council File No. RLH AR 22-11 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
