Ratifying the reassessment for the Ford Site 429 Improvement Project. (File No. 19246B, Assessment No. 225206)

WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File 21-1256 accepted the Report of Completion for the assessment of benefits, cost and expenses for the 429 Improvement Project that include paving/curb & gutter, traffic signals/street lighting, trees, vehicle and pedestrian bridges, sidewalks, landscaping/site furnishings, and site utilities; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on November 16, 2022 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the construction work; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the said 429 Reassessment is hereby in all respects ratified.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that the assessment be made payable in nine (9) equal installments.
