Amending the financing and spending plans in the Department of Public Works Capital Budget to add Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) funding to the Concord and Highway 52 Traffic Signals Project.
Body
WHEREAS, MnDOT has a project that includes installation of traffic signal controls on TH 156 at the TH 52 ramps; and
WHEREAS, the City’s cost share is budgeted in the 2021 Concord and Highway 52 Traffic Signals Project; and
WHEREAS, there is a need to add $35,347 of MnDOT funding to the 2021 Concord and Highway 52 Traffic Signals Project; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor, pursuant to Section 10.07.1 of the Charter of the City of Saint Paul, does certify that there is available for appropriation funds of $35,347; and
RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Saint Paul, upon recommendation of the Mayor and advice of the Long Range Capital Improvement Budget Committee, that $35,347 is available for appropriation in the Capital Improvement Budgets, as heretofore adopted and amended by this Council, be hereby further amended in the Improvements Budgets in the following particulars:
