Appeal of Fred Sasse to a Correction Order at 1197 BURNQUIST STREET.

Purpose of Appeal: Saturday August 27th 2022 straight line winds from severe thunderstorms in the area damaged the wooden fence along Maryland Ave. I have a contract with a licensed fencing company to repair the fence. I do not know if the contractor will be able to complete the repairs in the time allotted by this "violation".

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Fred Sasse to a Correction Order at 1197 Burquist Street, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant to November 15, 2022 for compliance; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
