Amending the financing and spending plans in the Department of Public Works Capital Budget to transfer $205,032 of Municipal State Aid (MSA) funding from the 2021 Robert Street Project to the 2021 Robert Street Viaduct Project.

WHEREAS, City Council Resolution Public Hearing 21-65 intended to transfer $205,032 in MSA funding to the 2021 Robert Street Viaduct Project;
WHEREAS, the funding was transferred into the 2021 Robert Street Project in error; and
WHEREAS, there is a need to correct this error by transferring $205,032 of MSA funding to the 2021 Robert Street Viaduct from the 2021 Robert Street Project; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor, pursuant to Section 10.07.4 of the Charter of the City of Saint Paul, does certify that there is available for transfer of appropriation of funds of $205,032; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Saint Paul, upon recommendation of the Mayor and advice of the Long Range Capital Improvement Budget Committee, that $205,032 is available for transfer of appropriation in the Capital Improvement Budgets, as heretofore adopted and amended by this Council, be hereby further amended in the Improvements Budgets in the following particulars:
