Establishing the rate of pay for the new classifications of Human Rights Investigator I and II in Employee Group 06, PEA.

WHEREAS, the Office of Human Resources conducted a job study for the classification of Human Right Specialist; and
WHEREAS, the results of the job study instruct that two new classifications be created and the rate of pay for Human Rights Investigator I be established at the rate set forth in Grade 012 and Human Rights Investigator II be established at the rate set forth in Grade 016 of Employee Group 06, Professional Employees As,sociation; now therefore, be it
RESOLVED, pursuant to City Charter Sections 6.03.3(5) and 12.01, that the rates of pay for the Human Rights Investigator I and II be established at the rate set forth in Grade 012 and Grade 016, respectively, in Employee Group 06, Professional Employees Association. This classification and rate of pay to become effective on the first full pay period following passage and approval of this resolution
