Approving a Liquor On Sale - 181-290 Seats and Liquor Outdoor Service Area (Patio) license to Hepcat Coffee (License ID #20220000937) for the premises located at 370 Wabasha Street North.

WHEREAS, Hepcat Coffee (License ID #20220000937) applied for a Liquor On Sale - 181-290 Seats and Liquor Outdoor Service Area (Patio) license for the premises located at 370 Wabasha Street in Saint Paul; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Safety and Inspections received no objections to approval of the above-mentioned license; and
WHEREAS, the Council finds that the application is in order and there are no grounds for denial of the Liquor On Sale - 181-290 Seats and Liquor Outdoor Service Area (Patio) license; now, therefore, be it,
RESOLVED, a Liquor On Sale - 181-290 Seats and Liquor Outdoor Service Area (Patio) license is hereby approved for Hepcat Coffee (License ID #20220000937) for the premises located at 370 Wabasha Street North in Saint Paul with the following conditions:
1. Licensee agrees to take appropriate action(s) to ensure that the sale, display, and/or consumption of alcoholic beverages (i.e., wine/beer/liquor) is contained within the defined indoor and outdoor liquor service areas as per the approved service area plan on file with DSI. And, acknowledges they are responsible for all activities conducted within this service area.
2. Licensee shall secure all alcoholic beverages (i.e., wine/beer/liquor) in a manner to make them inaccessible at all times the establishment is closed.
