Authorizing the transfer of budget between the Office of Technology and Communications and the Police Department in the amount of $202,000 to move two civilian technology positions back to the Police Department.

WHEREAS, in FY2021 three technology positions were transferred from the Saint Paul Police Department to the Office of Technology and Communications; and
WHEREAS, authorization has been given to transfer the budget for two civilian positions, Procedures Coordinator, from Office of Technology and Communications to the Saint Paul Police Department; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor, pursuant to Section 10.07.4 of the Charter of the City of Saint Paul, does certify that there are available for transfer of appropriation funs o $202,000 in the Saint Paul Police Department General Fund; Now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Saint Paul, upon recommendation of the Mayor that $202,000 is available for transfer of appropriation in the Saint Paul Police Department General Fund, as heretofore adopted and amended by this Council, be herby further amended in the particulars as specified in the attached financial analysis.
