Appeal of Abby Miskowic to a Revocation of Fire Certificate of Occupancy and Order to Vacate at 608 WELLS STREET.

Purpose of Appeal: All items were completed per the fire code, except closing out electrical permit which is being done today. We just need one more visit to show it's been done for months. There is also no sump pump as noted in the fire code address.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Abby Miskowic to a Revocation of Fire Certificate of Occupancy and Order to Vacate at 608 WELLS STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal, noting the property is now in compliance and the Fire Certificate of Occupancy has been issued; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
