WHEREAS, the Malt On Sale (Strong) and Wine On Sale license held by Abigail LLC d/b/a Carnitas Don Tacho (License ID #20190002143) for the premises located at 1193 Payne Avenue in Saint Paul was the subject of a Notice of Intent to Suspend License dated June 29, 2022, stating the licensee failed to pay delinquent license fees and late fees; and
WHEREAS, the licensee did not respond to the Notice of Intent to Suspend License or return the renewal invoice with payment for delinquent license fee and late fees or submit a request to cancel license form.; and
WHEREAS, the Notice of Intent to Suspend Licenses stated that if the licensee failed to pay the delinquent license and late fees, request a public hearing or cancel the license by July 13, 2022 that the matter would be placed on the consent agenda to impose the recommended penalty; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, the Malt On Sale (Strong) and Wine On Sale license held by Abigail LLC d/b/a Carnitas Don Tacho (License ID #20190002143) for the premises located at 1193 Payne Avenue in Saint Paul is hereby suspended.
FURTHER RESOLVED, the license will remain suspended until all delinquent license, alarm permit and late fees are paid in full to the Department of Safety and Inspections.
