WHEREAS, Black Stack Brewing Inc. (License ID #20150004254) applied for a Gambling Location license for the premises located at 755 Prior Avenue #110 in Saint Paul; and
WHEREAS, The Licensee currently holds a Malt Off Sale (Brewery), Malt On Sale (Brewery Taproom), Liquor On Sale - Sunday, and Entertainment (A) license.
WHEREAS, the Department of Safety and Inspections received no objections to approval of the above-mentioned license; and
WHEREAS, in response to the April 29, 2022, notification from the Department of Safety and Inspections regarding the license application, the City received no objections to approve the Gambling Location license; and
WHEREAS, the Council finds that the application is in order and there are no grounds for denial of the Gambling Location license; now, therefore, be it,
RESOLVED, a Gambling Location license is hereby approved for Black Stack Brewing Inc. (License ID #20150004254) for the premises located at 755 Prior Avenue #110 in Saint Paul.
