WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of John and Wendy Slade to a Revocation of Fire Certificate of Occupancy and Order to Vacate at 1005 CONWAY STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant the appeal on the Revocation Order, deny the appeal on the Correction Order, noting property came into compliance as of July 19, 2022, and the matter is now closed; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
