RESOLVED, that upon execution and delivery of a release in full to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officials are hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort Liability Fund 10017405-74205 to Kelly Jo Sherry and her attorney Marcus P. Gatto, Swor & Gatto, the total sum of Twelve Thousand Dollars and no cents ($12,000.00) in full and final settlement in civil case 62-CV-21-3515 for damages and attorneys’ fees arising from the incident occurring on December 20, 2018.
