Body

WHEREAS on May 25, 2022, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 22-33, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Collection of Delinquent Garbage Bills for services during October to December 2021. (File No. CG2201A3, Assessment No.220102); and

WHEREAS, the property at 1043 Beech Street, being described as: Schiffmann’s Subdivision of Blocks 109 & 110, Lyman Dayton’s Addition Lot 27 Blk 109, with the property identification number 33-29-22-21-0023 was assessed an amount of $107.88; and

WHEREAS, Public Works staff recommends deleting the assessment as a courtesy because the property owner passed away in October 2021; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer concurs with the recommendation; Now, Therefore, Be It

RESOLVED, that the reduction of $107.88, plus any accrued interests, be deleted.  Council File No. RLH AR 22-33 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
