WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of David Jacobowitch to a Vacant Building Registration Notice at 839 EDMUND AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal and grant an extension to July 15, 2022 to vacate the propperty; waive vacant building fee for 90 days to September 9, 2022; Now, Therefore, Be It

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
