Purpose of Appeal: Garage is in bad condition. Must be removed. My plan to have my garage removed is to apply for the Homeowner Rehab Program. My name is on the list to apply. This is a City of St. Paul deferred loan.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Frances Carr to a Correction Notice at 1384 MARGARET STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant to November 1, 2022 for compliance on condition that there is no interior storage and both service door and garage door are secured from entry with lock; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
