Amending the 2022 spending budget in the Department of Public Works Engineering Fund Survey Section Projects accounting unit.

Body

WHEREAS, the Survey Section Projects accounting unit has incurred professional service costs that are more than the adopted budget; and

WHEREAS, there are sufficient savings in equipment and overtime to cover the above costs; therefore via

ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER, consistent with the authority granted to the Mayor in Section 10.07.4 of the City Charter, and on the request of the Director of the Public Works Department to amend the 2022 budget in the Public Works Survey Section Projects accounting unit, the Office of Financial Services is authorized to amend said budget in the manner as specified in the attached financial analysis.
