RESOLVED, that upon execution and delivery of a release in full to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officials are hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort Liability Fund 10017405-74205 to Daija Braylock and her attorney Douglas W. Scheel, Paige J. Donnelly, Ltd. the total sum of Twelve Thousand and Five Hundred Dollars and no cents ($12,500.00) in full and final settlement in the unfiled Ramsey County lawsuit entitled, Daija Braylock v. Joshua Boon and City of St. Paul, for damages and attorneys’ fees arising from the incident occurring on November 9, 2019.
