Authorizing the Department of Parks and Recreation to enter into a management agreement with Keystone Community Services for the management of the West Seventh Community Center.
Body
WHEREAS, the City is the owner of West Seventh Community Center, ("West Seventh") located at 265 Oneida St, St Paul, MN 55102; and
WHEREAS, Keystone is a register non-profit organization able to facilitate community services; and
WHEREAS, both parties wish to enter into an agreement for the management of West Seventh which will provide benefits to the community through their programs; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Saint Paul hereby authorizes the appropriate City officials to enter into the attached Management Agreement between the City of Saint Paul Department of Parks and Recreation and Keystone Community Services.
