Authorizing the City to enter into an agreement with Ramsey County for the reconstruction of the traffic signal at the intersection of Randolph Avenue and Victoria Street.

WHEREAS, Ramsey County has a project on Randolph Avenue between 35E and Osceola Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the City and County plan to reconstruct the traffic signal at the intersection of Randolph Avenue and Victoria Street; and
WHEREAS, the City has agreed to design and construct the traffic signal; and
WHEREAS, the City has agreed to participate in the cost of the signal reconstruction as outlined in the agreement; and
WHEREAS, the City’s cost share is budgeted in the Signalized Intersection Safety Improvement Program; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Mayor and the proper City Officials are hereby authorized and directed for and on behalf of the City to enter into Ramsey County Agreement PW2022-01, a copy of which is before Council and is made a part hereof; and be it finally
RESOLVED, that the Mayor and the proper City Officials are authorized to execute the Agreement and any amendments to the Agreement.
