Date/Time of 1st LH:  Tuesday, May 3, 2022, teleconference between 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.

Purpose of Appeal:  My mailbox is constantly blocked w/o the no parking sign from the apt. complex & Memory Lane facility across the street.

Date of Order(s) Under Appeal:  April 20, 2022

Inspector/Key Staff:  Richard Kedrowski

Legislative Hearing Staff Comments:  There are several addresses on Rockwood that received the same order. Appellant feels he is also representing his neighbors.

 

Body

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Brad House to a Summary Abatement Order at 2285 ROCKWOOD AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant an extension to June 17, 2022 for compliance by removing the no parking sign on the mailbox; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
