WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File RES 22-688 accepted the Report of Completion for the assessment of benefits, cost and expenses for construction of sanitary sewer service connections at the request of property owners in connection with the Griggs/Scheffer, Phase I paving project; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on June 15, 2022 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the construction work; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the said assessment is hereby in all respects ratified.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that the assessment be made payable in twenty (20) equal installments.
