WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File 22-676 accepted the Report of Completion for improvements to the alley bounded Fuller, Aurora, Western and Virginia. Work was complete in 2019.

WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on June 15, 2022 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the construction work; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that, pursuant to Ch. 14 of the City Charter, the assessment is hereby in all respects ratified; and be it further
RESOLVED, that the assessment be made payable in twenty (20) equal installments.
