WHEREAS on March 23, 2022, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File RLH AR 22-19, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Property Clean Up services during November 1 to 10, 2021. (File No. J2214A, Assessment No. 228513); and
WHEREAS, the property at 1428 Thomas Avenue, being described as: Syndicate No. 5 Addition Lot 8 Blk 20, with the property identification number 34-29-23-0117 was assessed an amount of $350; and
WHEREAS, a Legislative Hearing was conducted under File No. SR 22-66 on April 19, 2022 and the Legislative Hearing Officer recommended reducing the assessment from $360 to $100 as owner addressed the nuisance in good faith, albeit after the deadline and before the Parks arrived and did additional clean up the overgrowth vegetation into the right-of-way; Now, Therefore Be It,
RESOLVED, that Council Files RLH AR 22-19 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
