WHEREAS, PZA II LLC d/b/a Vineria Cossetta (License ID #20150002722) applied for a Liquor Off Sale license for the premises located at 211 Seventh Street West in Saint Paul; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Safety and Inspections received no objections to the approval of the licenses; and
WHEREAS, the Council finds that the license conditions are reasonable given the license applied for, the application is in order and there are no grounds to deny approval of the licenses; now, therefore, be it,
RESOLVED, a Liquor Off Sale license are hereby approved and issued to PZA II LLC d/b/a Vineria Cossetta (License ID #20150002722) for the premises located at 211 Seventh Street West in Saint Paul.
