RESOLVED, that, upon execution and delivery of a release in full to the Board of Water Commissioners, the proper Board officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay, from the settlement fund, Accounting Unit 69082105, Account 74205, to Christine Jefferson and her attorney Ryan H. Ahlberg the total sum of Forty-Five Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($45,000.00) in full and final settlement in the Ramsey County District Court case of Christine Jefferson v. City of Saint Paul, No. 62-CV-20-3181.
