Preliminary Order setting the date of Public Hearing for May 18, 2022, to consider approval of the Ramsey County project to improve Cleveland Avenue from Como Avenue to Larpenteur Avenue. The only special assessments will be for private sanitary sewer service repairs or replacements requested by property owners (Project No. 19258C, Assessment No. 226002).

In the Matter of approving all necessary work for the Ramsey County project to improve Cleveland Avenue from Como Avenue to Larpenteur Avenue. The majority of the project is funded by Ramsey County. The only special assessments will be for private sanitary sewer service repairs or replacements requested by property owners.
The Council of the City of Saint Paul, having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $7,352,110.60, financed by Ramsey County, City of Falcon Heights, City of Saint Paul, Assessments, and Saint Paul Regional Water Services.
2. That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 18th day of May, 2022, at 3:30 p.m., in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
