Purpose of Appeal: Mr. Willis Williams is abusing his authority and is (unreadable) coming out to inspect when I tell him not to come. Just so he can charge me $124 every week. A lot more to say!!!

WHEREAS, in the matter of Eva Stites to a Correction Order and Appointment Letter at 1099 Geranium Avenue East, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant to September 1, 2022 for compliance by 1) disconnecting utilities to upper level or 2) open interior access between upper and lower levels, conditioned upon the upper level remaining unoccupied until compliance is achieved; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
