WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Victor Nenghimobo Clement to a Vacant Building Registration Notice at 467 IVY AVENUE EAST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant the appeal and release the property from the Vacant Building Program and if property has not received its Fire Certificate of Occupancy by June 23, 2022, it will be referred back to the Vacant Building Program; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
