WHEREAS, the Office of Human Resources conducted a study for the new classification of Human Rights and Labor Standards Supervisor; and
WHEREAS, the results of the job study instruct that the rate of pay for Human Rights and Labor Standards Supervisor be established at the rate set forth in EG 09, Saint Paul Supervisors Organization, Grade 020; now therefore, be it
RESOLVED, pursuant to City Charter Sections 6.03.3(5) and 12.01, that the rate of pay for the Human Rights and Labor Standards Supervisor be established at the rate set forth in Grade 020, of Employee Group 09, Saint Paul Supervisors Organization. This classification and rate of pay to become effective on the first full pay period following passage and approval of this resolution.
