Body

WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Jay Mitchell to a Vacant Building Registration Requirement at 16 Acker Street West, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council waive the vacant building fee for 90 days to May 9, 2022, deny the appeal to be changed from a Category 2 to a Category 1 Registered Vacant Building, and allow permits to be pulled following the Code Compliance Inspection report; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
