WHEREAS, KNG LLC d/b/a Zamboni’s Pizza Pub (License ID #20140000204) applied for a Liquor On Sale - 100 seats or less, Liquor On Sale - Sunday, and Liquor Outdoor Service Area (Sidewalk) license for the premises located at 184 7th Street West in Saint Paul; and
WHEREAS, in response to the February 2, 2022, notification from the Department of Safety and Inspections regarding the license application, the City received no objections to approve the Upgrade from a Wine On Sale and Malt On Sale (Strong) license to a Liquor On Sale - 100 seats or less, Liquor On Sale - Sunday, and Liquor Outdoor Service Area (Sidewalk); and
WHEREAS, the Council finds that the license conditions are reasonable given the license applied for, the application is in order and there are no grounds to deny approval of the licenses; now, therefore, be it,
RESOLVED, a Liquor On Sale - 100 seats or less, Liquor On Sale - Sunday, and Liquor Outdoor Service Area license are hereby approved and issued to KNG LLC d/b/a Zamboni’s Pizza Pub (License ID #20140000204) for the premises located at 184 7th Street West in Saint Paul.
