RESOLVED, that upon execution and delivery of a release in full to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officials are hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the SPRWS Fund 8-69082105-74205-8269010500-74205 to Christine Jefferson and her attorney, Ryan H. Ahlberg, the total sum of Forty-Five Thousand Dollars and no cents ($45,000.00) in full and final settlement in the Ramsey County District Court case of Christine Jefferson v. City of St. Paul, No. 62-CV-20-3181, for damages and attorneys’ fees arising from employment-related claims.
