Amending Council File RES PH 21-247 to reduce the assessment for repair of sanitary sewer line on private property from April to June 2021 at 1469 Blair Ave. (File No. SWRP2103, Assessment No. 213003)

WHEREAS, on September 15, 2021, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File RES PH 21-247, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Repair of Sanitary Sewer Line on Private Properties as requested by the Property Owner during the months of April to June 2021. (File No. SWRP2103, Assessment No. 213003); and
WHEREAS, the property at 1469 Blair Ave, being described as: Hamline Villa Lot 18 with the property identification number 34-29-23-22-0037 was assessed an amount of $10,035.00; and
WHEREAS, the Sanitary Sewer Department recommends a reduction in the amount of $1500.00 on the following assessment as the original project included both the Sanitary Sewer and Lead Water work on one invoice; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that Council File RES PH 21-247 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
