WHEREAS, Drua Liquor Inc. d/b/a Blaize Liquor (License ID #20210001384) applied for a Liquor Off Sale and Cigarette/Tobacco license for the premises located at 137 Maryland Avenue West in Saint Paul; and
WHEREAS, The Department of Safety and Inspections received an letter from the North End Neighborhood Organization on October 5, 2021 supporting the application; and
WHEREAS, in response to the September 23, 2021 notification from the Department of Safety and Inspections regarding the license application, the City received no objections to approve the Liquor Off Sale and Cigarette/Tobacco license; and
WHEREAS, the Council finds that the license conditions are reasonable given the license applied for, the application is in order and there are no grounds to deny approval of the licenses; now, therefore, be it,
RESOLVED, a Liquor Off Sale and Cigarette/Tobacco license are hereby approved and issued to Drua Liquor Inc. d/b/a Blaize Liquor (License ID #20210001384) for the premises located at 137 Maryland Avenue West in Saint Paul.
