Amending the 2021 spending budget in the Department of Public Works Major Sewer Service Obligation accounting unit.
Body
WHEREAS, the Major Sewer Service Obligation accounting unit has incurred services and materials costs that are more than the adopted budget; and
WHEREAS, there are sufficient savings in transfer outs to cover the above costs; therefore via
ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER, consistent with the authority granted to the Mayor in Section 10.07.4 of the City Charter, and on the request of the Director of the Public Works Department to amend the 2021 budget in the Public Works Major Sewer Service Obligation accounting unit, the Office of Financial Services is authorized to amend said budget in the manner as specified in the attached financial analysis.
