Title

Appeal of Darleen Tareeq to a Vacant Building Registration Notice at 657 CANTON STREET.

Date/Time of 1st LH:  Tuesday, December 14, 2021, teleconference between 1:00 1:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m.

Purpose of Appeal:  House was condemned because of smoke & fire damage to one room of house.  What they said was improperly installed gas lines (hard pipe vs. flex pipe) & vague electrical issues?  The hard pipe of gas line was under flooring but existed & super fisal smoke damage is being repaired.  I cannot fix vague electrical issues without knowing what they are...I have left messages for inspector without call being return.  We plan on moving back into our house asap & request reinspection & halt adding property to vacant building list.

Date of Order(s) Under Appeal:  November 29, 2021

Inspector/Key Staff:  Adrian Neis

Legislative Hearing Staff Comments:  Legislative Hearing Officer waived filing fee.
